I was highly disappointed with my experience at Urban Gardens. The staff was incredibly rude to me and made me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. What bothered me most was seeing them treat other customers with respect and warmth, while I was treated completely differently. Customer service should be consistent and polite to everyone. I will not be returning and cannot recommend a business that treats people this way.

This place is amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Prices are reasonable. Excellent selection of merch! Definitely need to stop in!

This store is located in downtown Santa Rosa and I’m so grateful that I found this place! The person working at the store was friendly, informative, and helpful! I wanted to be mindful of the products I purchased this year and intentional in my gift giving. I also wanted to support other local small businesses.

Love this shop! This was first time here. Great place to pick up plants and vases nice variety and reasonable prices. I bought multiple airplants and hanging glass globes. They have a nice selection of candles, and soaps. All types if trinkets for your garden looking forward to shopping with them for the spring.
