Their white sauce baked rice/spaghetti dish was kind of flavorless to me and the salmon tasted a bit fishy/dry. The pineapple bun with salted egg and pork floss was also underwhelming, the salted egg sauce didn’t really taste like salted egg. The mushroom fried rice is pretty good though.

I 100% recommend the milk french toast, I would return just to order this. I also heard their mini peanut butter toast bites are good. The panda bear pudding was alright, not too sweet but not stand out, I mainly got it because it’s cute.

My friend was recommended to visit this restaurant by ChatGPT and so we did. Basically, the restaurant is serving Hong Kong style cuisine with a touch of fusion for some of the dishes. As such, we ordered a mixture of authentic HK style dishes and hopefully one of the newer creative ones. The verdict is that both the amount and the tastes are great for those dishes and HK style tea that we have ordered. This restaurant is definitely worth checking it out.

In general, the food is great. Mini French toast is so tasty! Baked rice dishes are good and kim chi fried rice was great. The sizzling plates have pretty big portions but the black pepper sauce is not peppery enough.

Service is great and the place has a great vibe! Wait can be a bit long for lunch even got a weekday.

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and it was a great experience. We arrived on a Tuesday around 6:30pm., with a wait time of about 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Interior decors are very modern and bright. We ordered via QR code, and our food arrived within 15-20 minutes, hot and fresh. We sampled the black pepper beef spaghetti served on a hot iron plate, baked pork chop rice, and salted egg yolk chicken wings—all of which were delicious.

New opening for Cantonese Cha Chaan Ting style food – a Hong Kong specialty cuisine that is a colonial fusion when workers wanted Western food with HK tastes. Note there’s no dim sum here or wonton noodle soup. It’s baked spaghetti and unique sandwiches reflecting that fusion food.

With history out of the way, the ambiance is quite nice. U order from the QR code on table. I got in on the first wave when it opened. I ordered the chicken on pineapple bread. U get 2. I say the chicken was the flavor full part. The pineapple bread was unique but ok in taste. The second dish was blackened beef over spagetti (stir fried style). This is the winning dish. Beef was just enough and I suggest the owners add a little more. Relatively good service. AND they have WiFi – of course u need it to order. Pls enjoy my videos and pictures.
