I’m so glad I joined this club! Everything is here for a perfect workout.. indoor and outdoor lap pools, many rooms with all kinds of equipment, a snack bar, and more.

John, the owner, has always gone above and beyond to help people, and that alone is the reason I will always support this gym! He is a true pillar in our community, and we are so lucky to have him in this town. He continuously supports local youth and local businesses, while taking exceptional care of his equipment and every single customer.
If you’re looking for a gym with heart, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Love coming to this gym every chance I get! The updated women’s locker room is amazing with the built in locks on the locker! Staff are always friendly and very helpful, as well as understanding. The equipment is in great condition and there is a sauna in the locker rooms. My son loves swimming in the pools and I enjoy the hot tub for my sore muscles. Would totally recommend this gym to anyone looking for a new gym for their fitness goals. All fitness levels are welcome here and different fitness classes are offered as well.

Absolutely love Ukiah Valley Athletic Club! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This gym truly stands out as one of the best I’ve ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the family-oriented atmosphere. Whether you want to swim, hit the weights, or join various group classes, there’s something for everyone.
What I appreciate most is the fantastic kids club, which allows my children to have fun while I focus on my workout. The sense of community here is incredible, with members from Ukiah Valley and surrounding areas coming together. It’s a place where fitness meets family, and I genuinely enjoy every visit with my loved ones. Highly recommend! Ps there little motivation notes are some of the greatest to see in the mornings
