Our propane ran out completely and without notice (due to children looking for frogs under the lid and pulling out the sensor!). James and Clint came out in no time and got us up and running again. They were super thorough in making sure our stove, heat, and hot water were all working properly. And they both were so nice and friendly and helpful.

After unreliable service from other propane companies, many years ago we switched to Thompson Gas and have never regretted the decision. We are grateful for the fine team of caring and competent individuals here on the coast- from the office staff (who actually answer the phone!) to the scheduling and delivery guys.
