Absolutely beautiful home, facing the beach! Wonderful views all around. Just past Cleone on Ward Ave. Easily fit 8-10 people, great kitchen and dining area. Garden boxes with chard and lettuce varieties you’re encouraged to harvest and enjoy. Beach chairs, tents and even a sand castle set to use on your beach outings! Two TVs, a large movie selection, books to enjoy and two beautiful decks to gather, even a hot tub to soak in while you watch the sunset! We will definitely consider booking next August!

Perfect Northern California Beach Home
We looked for a place for 6 friends to celebrate a birthday. The guest of honor requested 1) beach access for long walks (check), 2) ocean view (check), 3) easy drives to great food and shopping (check). Sea Sanctuary was that and more. Serene and peaceful, there was a spacious great room with several quiet places to read or rest, a yoga room, and a hot tub with spectacular ocean views. The home was very well supplied and checking out was a snap. Our host was very thoughtful, leaving clear notes and labels and responding quickly when we had a question. If you’re looking for the perfect Northern California beach retreat, this is it.”

Ted calls his home the “sea sanctuary” and it is all that and more. When you enter the home you immediately feel like you have entered another world where no detail of design or decor has been overlooked. I don’t know if it says this on the listing but he actually designed and had built the home on his own (yup, we looked it up on zillo because we thought the home was so amazing). From the location right on the beach, to the beautiful (newly opened) boardwalk where you can run, walk or bike ride for miles and miles to the tide pooling (they say the best in all of California) … it can’t be beat. But now I should stop raving because I really want to come back next year and I don’t want the place to book up before I get a chance to book!! Thanks so much, Ted.
