If you come here avoid the balding 70-something manager (Bob) at all costs. He is rude and regularly antagonizes customers. After rudely demanding my girlfriend to continue with her rental while she was talking to another customer with an injured pet, I asked him to be a little more respectful. His response was to get up in my face (ignoring the job he was so intent on doing seconds ago) to tell me to “move” repeatedly while I was standing out of the way and my girlfriend was waiting at his desk for him to do his job. The other employee, Caroline, seemed absolutely mortified, and was quietly sitting to the side, seemingly afraid to say anything to him. I will be contacting the owner Mike in Sonoma to try and pursue further action, never in my life have I felt so aggressively bullied and threatened by someone who is literally receiving money to be helpful.

Extremely overpriced tool rentals. I rented a small miter saw, that was outdated and hardly even worked right. The two day rental price of $168.00 was more than the saw was worth to purchase. I explained this to the gentleman at the counter and he smugly told me “ it’s worth it if you need one and don’t have one” hmmmm, price gouging? I will never go back.

We rented our wedding supplies from here a few weeks ago. Overall we are satisfied with the quality of the products. Everything was nice and clean. The delivery was prompt and pickup was easy.
