Don’t arrive after 9:00 p.m. because you will have to check yourself in on a computer kiosk with a woman sitting in her house who knows where. No one will come to assist you when they don’t properly provide the room accommodations that had been previously discussed. SEVEAL TIMES! And I hope you don’t need ice because they only have one machine and it was broken. No apologies no concern. No blankets in the room and no coffee in the breakfast room.
Typical chain hotel, starting to show its age. Room was clean and everyone was friendly. Some of my wall sockets didn’t work and I had to move plugs around. I was there on business and working nights, so trying to sleep during the day. Room was not very insulated for sound and I woke up a few times due to noise in the hallway or neighboring rooms. They allow pets! Which could be great if you’re travel with yours. But someone left their dog unattended in the room across the hall and it kept me up barking nonstop.
When you check in there is no front desk person, there is a video screen and someone with a bot like personality, but not friendly checks you in. The bathroom sink and tub were painted and the paint was chipped and had peeled in places. Stair carpets were ragged. Otherwise the room was adequate.
The daytime manager was the only good thing about this place. She was helpful in getting the roll away bed that we requested and charged us the $10 a night for it. The night time staff tried to charge my crew another $40 per night for it. Then they lied and told us they don’t do roll aways. They were rude to my female crew members and over the phone when we tried to correct the situation.
And lastly, the water was not hot
