Hotel was very easy to find and the security system seemed very safe, secure, effective and easy self service. Would like to have been able to enter sooner than 4:00pm. Check-out by 11:am was entirely fine. Room was very clean, updated just right and very accommodating. Had not stayed in a self-checkin hotel before, but all was great! Nice touch to have the binder with suggestions and helpful tips in the room. Loved that the parking was adjacent and at no additional cost!
We can comfortable recommend a stay at the Summit Lofts and would stay again if in the Shasta area again.

Summit Lofts Boutique Hotel was a fantastic stay. The location is excellent—right in the heart of town and close to many great restaurants, making it easy to walk to meals and explore. One of the best parts is being able to see Mount Shasta, which adds such a special atmosphere to the stay.

The coffee shop on the ground floor is exceptional and a perfect way to start the morning. The rooms are incredibly well equipped and thoughtfully stocked with amenities that really elevate the experience, including a washer-dryer, ground coffee with both decaf and regular options, olive oil, and other little touches that make a big difference.

Our room was especially impressive—very spacious, set on two levels, and designed in a way that made it feel both comfortable and unique. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and one I’d gladly recommend.
