We are traveling through Fort Bragg Ca, we are from Lancaster Pa and my Honda Goldwing Trike needed the driveshaft greased. With no way to jack it up we called Street Track & Trail and he said to stop in. Brian thank you so much. What a great guy. He dropped everything to accommodate us. Customer service is still alive in Fort Bragg Ca.
Plain and simple. Went here the night before talked to the owner asked if I could drop off two motorcycle tires to have new rubber put on he said, yeah sure thing. Got to the shop at 9:45am. Closed, waited until 10am. Came back at 11:45am still closed.. drove by at 12:30, shop doors open… it was easy money. Took my wheels to a different shop. Never taking my business here again. Do better..
Dirt roots, fair charges for my random needs, and friendly service department. I’ve had questions doing my own wrenching which staff happily and kindly answered, now my bikes together and heading there to get mix! The go to to motox shop on the coast.
I highly recommend Brian for your motorcycle repairs, whether it’s a road, trail or racer motorcycle, the guy is simply great and loves to learn, he helped us out, we are travelers and we don’t have time to waste waiting for repairs. We had problems with our Harley California Side Car kit trike and couldn’t find anyone to find the problem and he offered to help us. After 3 days of research he diagnosed the problem and we were able to continue our tour of California. Thank you to this generous being and long life!
… Superhelpful for me as Motocycle Traveler (from Germany), no waiting for the hard work with my corroded brake pistons (1 1/2 day surgery) plus helping when I was 20 miles away in Little River (behind Mendocino) :
He changed my battery, towing back was not necessary – and he charged just the battery price, a real Biker friendship, Thank You very much, BRYAN and your “Street, Track & Trail” Team … !
