The owners here are so nice, when we had car issues down the highway they gave us as much help and information as possible. Very thankful for this place and under different circumstances would love to stay here. Beautiful River views, hummingbirds everywhere lovely kitchen staff….

We stayed in one of the cabins at Strawhouse Resort and had such a great stay! The cabin was super clean, the beds were so comfortable, and it had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to come back to after spending the day out exploring.
Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and anytime we had a question we got a quick response. You can tell they really care about their guests.
One funny thing… we haven’t been coffee drinkers in almost 10 years, but we ended up drinking their coffee every morning because it was THAT good! We even purchased a bag to take home with us!
The whole place just has a relaxing, peaceful feel to it. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable cabin, yurt or RV space with great hospitality.

We stopped by for breakfast. Breakfast Sammie. It was very good. The coffee is amazing. The staff was very good. the view is so awesome. The Trinity river is right there. They have landscaping right up to the river. It’s very relaxing. I stop here every time I am driving by.

Stopped here on our way to Bigfoot world of Willowcreek. The menu is little different than I’m used too , but the sandwich I had was really good. The scenery and the atmosphere of the whole area is worth a 5 star review.
