The warranty you sell (Secure One) is backed by you which is why you sell their services and add them to the auto loan. They refused to help me 5 different times which is when I reach out to you and see if there was another way to tackle this matter. A seriously catastrophic mechanicals failure on a new car. I was also willing to purchase another car from you because of the need of transportation but never heard back from you. Now I’m stuck with a 12 thousand dollar repair quote for a new engine that secure one says it doesn’t cover. All I ask is for some help. I am willing to purchase another car from your dealership but would require your help is approval. You have my contact information and would love to hear from you. I even have a car I’m interested In that’s in your lot (2019 ford explore red) which actually has 30k more miles then the one you originally sold me. I would not recommend this dealership.
Just 5 days after purchasing my vehicle, the check engine light came on. I contacted the dealership and was told to bring the car back so they could help. When I arrived, the check engine light was still on. Instead of properly addressing the issue, a device was connected to the vehicle and the check engine light was cleared. After that, they acted as if there was never a problem and made me feel like I was making it up. Only 4 days later, the check engine light came back on. Since then, my calls and text messages have gone unanswered, and the dealership has shown no interest in helping resolve the issue. After having the vehicle inspected, I was informed that it was missing a catalytic converter and had parts that raised serious concerns. I purchased this vehicle expecting it to be in proper working condition, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.Once the sale was completed, customer service seemed to disappear. If you’re considering buying a vehicle here, I strongly suggest having it thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before making a purchase.
