Would give this palce 0 stars if I could. Placed a holding deposit and was denied the apartment due to credit even with a very good co-signer. Was told they would refund my $200.00 holding deposit within 21 days. We are now at 28 days since the denial and I have not been refunded and cannot get through to the office in the last week. Would not recommend this place, as they seem shady in their processes.

Living at Sierra Sunset Village has been such a blessing. Management runs this place like we’re a mini community,
The grounds are always prestine, Management makes sure we feel safe and taken care of, Anytime there’s been any issue, Hugo is on it. Whether it’s him or anyone else he has working on grounds here. They carry themselves with such professionalism. These buildings breath with tranquility and beauty, it make you want to take the time to just sit and enjoy the area as well as creating meaningful connections with your neighbors. I could not recommend these apartments more with peace of mind that we’re surrounded by good people and management that truly care about their community.

My husband and I submitted our applications online and paid the holding deposit but no one returns our calls or emails. I have been leaving messages almost daily and still nothing!!! We spent $240 ($60 per application and $100 for holding). At this point I don’t know if our applications were even processed yet BECAUSE NO ONE CALLS US Back! Feel like we have been ghosted and I want our money back! And we plan to take further action to resolve this!

Recently me and my boyfriend appiled for a apartment here. I made a account online and put my boyfriendds information on there so he could be my other applicat. Its been two weeks now and have heard nothing i have called the office so many times they never answer the phone nor do they call you back. I paid for both our fees and i called the first number that called me after we applied and they said my boyfriend info wasn’t on my account but it is. Im assuming we didn’t get the apartment i did see a other comment on here that proves the management isn’t good. They need to do a better job!!! Some people are looking for places to live and don’t have the time for the wait. Already strated looking because i know this place won’t contact me soon
Adding to my review the manager called two days after i left this comment. Said everything was good and he literally said they needed to checks one more thing but everything was good. And today i got a letter in the mail saying we didn’t get it. Because of my rent history i live with my mom right now. They knew that. Why call me and say everything looks good and then send me this letter in the mail. How are people supposed to get rental history if they don’t let us ridiculous

My husband and I tried to apply for an apartment here and the manager Hugo was very unprofessional. Would not answer any calls or emails and after we paid for applications and background checks we didn’t get notified until almost a month later by a letter in the mail that we had been denied due to credit when our credit is super good. I’m in the 800’s and my husband in the high 750’s. I feel that there was other motives on why we got denied like the fact my husband is a blue collar worker. I’m extremely disappointed because I felt that we were wronged and ghosted. I am thankful that we won’t be living here overall.
