Don’t work with anythign Selzer related, BUYING OR RENTING! They scam you out of $40 per applicant, I was making $7000 a month and they claimed that I couldn’t afford a $1650 rent!

After calling three times and the gentleman I talked to did not know anything about they came
over on 8/12/2025 . they came over and trim tree but did not trim the big limb hanging over onto my property side they could’ve reached over the fence and grabbed the Liam And pulled it over the fence, but I guess it was too hard for them to do that. Thank you so a realtor for doing a crappy job and here’s some of the pictures.

We just moved out of a property in Ukiah. We did not have pets, did not smoke, left the place in excellent condition and hired a professional cleaner upon move out. We just found out that Selzer took over half our security deposit with nearly $1000 of it being cleaning charges! I had seen other reviews of this happening but I didn’t think it would happen to us since we treated the property as our own. What goes around comes around and the housing market is about to plummet. That means these scammers out of a job. Karma. The place was professionally cleaned!

Strung us along for over 2 weeks just to get more applications on the rental we applied for never called us with updates on our applications and basically told us they were going to go with other applicants even though we were the first to apply to the property that came available. Do not apply with them. Wasted $105 on application fees, they just want to scam you out of your money

If you can avoid renting from these people Do at all cost!!! I left my rental home immaculate inside and out! Steamed the floors in the bathrooms and kitchen, cleaned the molding around the entire interior of the house.. Who does that?? Me! have always left my rental cleaner than when I move in…. Well Seltzer took out of my deposit not only a cleaning fee,,, but also cleaning products… They also charged me for fixing a fan in the living room that had high ceilings.. I lived there a year! Isn’t that normal wear and tear? When I addressed face to face the “girls” at the front desk who were always nice gave me a rote answer… I drive past the rental daily only to see dried up weeds and filth… Sooo Disappointed with this company… they are crooks!
