I’ve gotta give Ben in the deli a shout out for exceptional customer service. Not only was he very polite and professional, but when he saw the pickles were much thicker than usual he offered to slice them by hand! Well done, air. We appreciate your dedication to your work, and Safeway is lucky to have you.

I ordered a birthday cake for my mother to be delivered. They use Door Dash to deliver. The first attempt, 16 gallons of milk and mane containers of half & half and whipping cream arrived. In the delivery window, I should add. I called the store. Management is hands off regard delivery, as they say it’s a 3rd party transaction. After many attempts to speak with delivery, another cake was handed to a driver. It never got to my mother. After more phones calls and more holding time, I decided it was late in the day and my parents plans had been ruined. Let’s see if the refund comes through without any problems. What a joke!

Exceptional selection of Organic products.
We also liked the Choice grade beef and Nitrate free hams.
Please take the brakes off if carts or adjust the range – I pushed a cart to the edge of the parking lot and could not return it…

Our local Safeway has been a staple for our town both as one of the largest employers and also providing groceries. A great staff of helpful individuals work there and are itching to help. The selection has picked up since the supply chain issues have been sorted. Very clean and well kept too, great selection.

This is as solid a Safeway as you’d need. The essentials are all covered and there’s a pretty large deli area. Prices are reasonable and seem to be consistent with grocery stores in the area. The store is clean and the staff was helpful when we needed their assistance.
