This review annoys me. There was a Roam in the city I went to a lot as a kid that was great (and different vibe before the rebranding). Gave this a try and it didn’t live up. The fries had great seasoning but not enough crisp (it was pretty bad). The bacon was great (like I was seriously impressed. Great applewood bacon flavor) and the onions too, but the burger was just fine.

This sounds like 4 stars, it still gets 3 stars (I would eat here but im not going to intentionally) for two reasons:
1. Who pays $7 for a 9 oz shake? Prices are high for a burger restaurant, even relative to Marin
2. If you want a better burger you can go to Super Duper (greasier, but damn good) or Gotts (more artisan vibe).

Just work on the basics and I could see it being a 4-4.5 foodwise but I’m never going to love the rebranded vibe

Incredibly delicious food at Roam Artisan Burgers. Emphasize the Artisan- the burgers are delicious! Plus the other options on the menu are delicious too! We have been several times and tried various items on the menu. Including all vegetables! Even 2 year old Alice has a favorite- chicken sandwich ( with chocolate ice cream for dessert!). Strauss soft serve chocolate of course ♥️

Roam if you want to, Roam Burger around the World? Im not usually a fake bacon kind of person, and this is an excellent vegan burger, vegan bacon and all!! The ladies got regular veggie burgers and we shared the regular fries and the sweet potato fries, appropriately crispy and great flavor.
We ate outside and appreciated both the service in cleaning our table and everybody working was friendly and distinctly nice. This is a GREAT upgrade to the mall. I’ve enjoyed the popsicles and noted everybody with their soft serve cones looking very happy. This was an impromptu stop for lunch on a beautiful Friday in Marin, it felt healthy and we enjoyed the entire experience. Yes, we will be back soon!
