I don’t recommend. Though they are a rare of only a handful that do accept Medi-Cal in SR, it doesn’t make them a good facility. I went there a few years ago for an emergency exam and they only had one size X-Ray device for all. It was the first office I had been to that didn’t offer multiple sizes for multiple sized jaws and mouths. I challenged them and asked what if a small child came in that really needed a pediatric size x-ray film holder and they said it would still be the one size fits all which was really too big especially for a little kid. Well guess what the X-ray film holder ended up stretching my jaw which stretched it too big and it ended up hurting for over a month. When I brought this to their attention that very day in the appointment they didn’t care and said they didn’t do anything to hurt me. When I called later in the week and said my jaw still hurt they said “Then go somewhere else!!” Now here’s where it got even worse later on. As a Medi-Cal beneficiary with very few places to go I had called for an appointment for a regular exam and cleaning months later and I found out that I was banned for life!!! My injury that they caused by being TOO CHEAP to get a variety of sizes for x-ray film holders got me banned! And the damage of banning a Medi-Cal beneficiary in a place with 3 choices to pick from for 300K people (when you include people coming in from small towns with nothing for medical like Glen Ellen or Bodega Bay, is a great to human health and life. Horrible people!

We love the staff here at redwood dentistry! They were great with my kids, and take their time doing everything they need to do. This facility is also very clean which is why I love coming here. Everyone is super friendly and very knowledgeable even when I had questions about someone who wasnt a patient there yet. We will always come back.
