My experience with Redwood Chem-Dry was great. I am the carpet cleaning technician for Cal-Poly Humboldt, and I really did not want to call anyone when I could just do it myself. But after swallowing my pride and doing some research on local businesses, I decided to go with this company.

Ryan the owner and an employee showed up on time and were very professional, friendly, and easy to work with.

They did high quality work that made me very pleased. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Thanks guys! You made a fellow carpet cleaner very happy.

Had a thick blood trail from a leg wound in the middle of the night on what is basically cream/white carpet… Ryan had just been out to do the whole living room and hallway over Thanksgiving, so I found his card/mailer and called him up first thing the next morning. Ryan called me back immediately from a plane, flying back from a carpet cleaning convention, and said while he couldn’t get to me that day, he for sure would get to me the very next day and he would fit me in no matter what but most likely late afternoon. Ryan and his number 2 showed up promptly as scheduled and within 45 min had removed every drop of blood and this carpet literally looks like this accident never even happened. He honored a coupon that was on the mailer even though I told him he didn’t have to – I was so happy he could come as soon as he did and he made the carpet new again. I’m including pictures that contain a blood trail …it wasn’t just drops of blood it was literal bloody footprints and a walker wheel trail…it was a lot! Thank you Ryan I will never call anyone else for any carpet cleaning job – HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
