I am new to medicare and Providence Medical Group and so I did not know what to expect. I arrived early for a 2pm appointment and had zero wait time. I was helped immediately! My questions were answered, my insurance taken care of, and referrals for follow up started. The caregivers were friendly and efficient. Great experience.

I highly recommend Providence Medical Group. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, friendly, and incredibly supportive—they always make sure you have all the information you need. I see Dr. Trapnell, and he is outstanding. He is consistently attentive, thorough in his diagnosis, and provides sound, reliable medical advice. What truly sets him apart is his genuine care for my overall well-being; he always takes the time to ask about my family and shows that he truly cares about my entire health, not just the issue at hand

So far, I am very pleased with my experience here. I called a few weeks ago to get established as a new patient, and the receptionist was extremely helpful, patient, and kind.
At my visit, the experience was comfortable and welcoming from start to finish. I was greeted warmly at check-in, and the wait time was less than five minutes. The nurse who brought me back and took my vitals was very friendly and made me feel at ease.
I usually have high blood pressure at doctor’s appointments because my anxiety tends to spike, but I wouldn’t be surprised if that anxiety improves over time given how comfortable I felt here.
When Jennifer Warren, FNP, came in to see me, she was accompanied by another NP named Dawn. Both were kind, nonjudgmental, and very thorough. They took the time to go through my health history, listened carefully to all of my concerns, and referred me to the appropriate departments.
I was very happy with my first visit and would definitely recommend Providence Medical Group Santa Rosa Family Medicine – Doyle Park Drive, as well as Jennifer Warren and Dawn (I didn’t catch Dawn’s last name).
