We tried pasta our first time it was the best Alfredo and garlic bread I’ve ever had. This time we decided to try their pizza, we all got personal sized pizza and did the make your own. I’ve been in Cali for 6 years now and have tried MANY pizza places and nothing has ever hit the spot until today. I also highly recommend the fries that have the bacon and beer cheese on them. To die for
Ive ate here multiple times, great food and great service. I did dine in July 4th, very busy weekend . I did have to wait for our second part of our meal longer than normal but considering they were slammed with take out orders and walk ins is completely understandable. After what I assumed was the manager and her explanation, I completely understood the wait time. She was so kind and gave me a gift card which she did not have to do.
Sometime we forget how hard it can be on the servers, managers cook ect to meet the demands of customers on extremely busy days. They all worked hard to deliver great food.
I definitely will continue to come back, and highly recommend to anyone coming back from the river or just driving thru to stop and enjoy a pizza and a beer. They also have other great options on the menu. Thank you staff at the Players restaurant.

I recently moved to Penn Valley and started coming here. I’m so grateful to find this place, im impressed everytime I’ve ordered their food. It’s really good, and look forward to it everytime.
Bacon cheese burger is great, gold country pizza is excellent, and I’ve had the crispy chicken sandwich.
Excited to try everything they have for the most part…
I have never been here before and decided to stop in and get a pizza for later. It is off Pleasant Valley Road in Penn Valley.
The place is pretty big with another section for the bar area. They also have outdoor seating.
There is plenty of tvs to watch sports in the bar area. Popular eith the locals.
Although the pizza took awhile to bake ( and they were not busy) it was tasty. I got the pepperoni pizza to go as I had to get on the road. I Like that they use the miniature pepperoni on the pizza! Nice crust!
