Delicious berry tart! Has so many options to choose from. Is a nice place to just sit down and get work done since there is free WiFi. Especially busy on weekends before 12pm. But still maximum 7ish min wait.

Paris Baguette has always been one of my favorite bakery chains. They never disappoint. It had been a long time since my last visit, but honestly, the quality is always consistent. For a chain, they do an excellent job in maintaining the standard of their breads and pastries. I’ve tried quite a few baked goods over the years, and I can’t remember ever getting something bad here.

This visit, I picked up a few things and everything was delicious:
Crab Meat Croquette: This is a savory item, so definitely ask the staff to warm it up for you because the bread tastes so much better hot. Super flavorful
The Strawberry Lemon Cream Croissant: My favorite. Their croissants are always buttery and flaky, and the lemon cream also delicious without being oversweet
Boston Cream Croissant Muffin: Really nice cream filling that wasn’t overly sweet at all. Korean bakeries really know how to balance sweetness perfectly.

I also got an iced americano to balance things out, and the whole meal was very filling and affordable, less than $20. Great value honestly.

This newly opened branch along El Camino Real and within the Target/Marshall’s complex is much needed as eateries are scarce in this area. There’s a Chuckie Cheese and a mexican place so a patisserie is a welcome variety for sure. I guess this replaces the University Avenue branch that closed down. Glad that Redwood City has this Paris Baguette otherwise the next closest branch would be in downtown San Carlos…
They’ve got a wide selction of sweet and savory items that can go along with your tea or coffee. Bathroom is clean but for a place this new, sorry it stank of pee when i visited.

I was excited to try the new Paris Baguette that just opened in my area, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

I ordered a chocolate croissant, and it smelled strongly like egg. The inside barely had any chocolate cream, which was very disappointing, especially compared to what I had before in other locations. It just didn’t taste fresh or well-made.

They were also very stingy with the packaging and boxing of my order, which made everything feel rushed and careless. Presentation and proper packaging matter, especially for a bakery.

Overall, this visit didn’t meet my expectations. If they don’t improve their quality and service, I won’t be coming back
