They will not tell you when your order is ready. Even if you order in person, they will not announce it being finished. Good (but now cold) food, awful service.

Portion sizes and quality have decreased recently and service continues to be slow or nonexistent. There’s frequently no one at the front counter to ask about an order and the wait time estimates for even the simplest orders are usually wildly inaccurate. Would definitely come here more if the service was better.

Pretty good! Quick bites made fresh to order. Tasty Healthy and Cheap. Great food for when youre on the go, better than any Onigiri youd get in the store.

I typically really enjoy this place although this is my first time at this location I would like to say that I was pretty disappointed in my order. I ordered the buldak chicken which was good this is my first time ordering it and then I ordered the short ribs and Teriyaki which was dry it literally seems like they didn’t even put the normal amount of sauce that they put and I even asked for extra sauce. It was too young girls working in there so maybe that’s what the issue is but completely disappointing that was my first time at this location.

Yummy new onigiri place just opened up on Piedmont. Tasty and fresh. Love the spicy tuna one. Great for a snack or a meal. Will be back!
