The entire process with Northwest Exteriors went very smoothly and easily beginning with the initial estimate with Rick, the measuring, and finally the install. I replaced two windows and two glass sliders. I stopped in the showroom in Santa Rosa a few times with some follow-up questions and everyone that I spoke with was always very helpful. Rick also kept me up-to-date and answered all my questions as I made my final decisions. On the day of the installation, Joe and Sean were very professional. The install went seamlessly. My neighbors commented how quietly they worked. They cleaned up everything before they left. Northwest Exteriors has been amazing to work with. I had some changes along the way and a few other things popped up, but they were extremely patient with me and always provided the best customer service and advice. I didn’t think I would love the new windows and doors this much, but it has been a game changer for our home! Worth every penny.
