I had the Biang Biang noodles with spicy, cumin, lam and it was delicious. Also had the hot chili oil wonton, also delicious. Next time I am in the area for work, I will be back.
Tried their popular beef stew (added bok choy) broth was little oily, thick flat noodles were good and beef pieces were tender. Value is good for the area. Nice ambiance inside.
I like the beef stew, beef tendon and lap mei. No actually need to add broccoli since I didn’t really see the difference to be honest. You can order from your seat on their iPad but you can’t pay on it. We tried different ways to pay until we saw this line on the table “find the staff to pay.’ Why not fix that feature on the app to make the customer experience better? Overall best place with good business.
I really loved the pickled sliced beef noodle with rice noodles in the first few bites. But I made the mistake of asking for some soy sauce and black vinegar, and I didn’t realize both sauces were sweetened, which killed all the nice spicy flavors. I need to re try this soup again to properly evaluate.
Have been waiting for Noodleosophy to open after seeing the sign in Social Eatery, so happy to see them now available to order on UberEats! Spicy cumin lamb is a must try, lamb and sauce are so flavorful, perfect when paired with biang biang noodle. Beef stew was good as well, we found the beef a bit chewy, can be more tender. Overall pretty happy with meal!
