Nice quiet acomodations for retired couple or singles. Very close to hospital and doctors offices. Rent is controlled and based upon income level. Seniors daily services are also available. Units are small in size to make daily upkeep at a minimum. All repairs are done by in-house staff. There is off street assigned parking.
