These are low income apartments. They are very nice inside, they have both 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Unfortunately the management is terrible. They harass your company, they won’t even let you put oil in your car without harassing you about working on your car in the parking lot. They make everything into a complaint that then gets you evicted. They need better management people. Who understand their renters better. For such nice apartments, with ample parking and patios in every apartment.

Far as things breaking they keep it clean long as you stick to the rules manager does a fantastic job she lets you know if something is wrong or up dates ECT she’s good manager
