I highly recommend Mattress By Appointment Willits..
Jeff was very friendly and knowledgeable about helping me find just the right mattress fit for me.. He also offered a great payment plan and most importantly, he deliver the new mattress and took away old one at a reasonable fee, all in one hour.. I’m a very happy customer.
Thank you, Jeff Yokum for such a great speedy, friendly service.

I want to give a huge thank to Jeff Yokum small town business owner of Mattress By Appointment Willits not only did he sell me the perfect bed for way cheaper than I thought it would cost! He delivered it to my home took it upstairs and set it up for me as well!!! Now excuse me if I never get out of bed, this adjustable bed is absolutely the most comfortable I’ve owned as of yet!! And did I mention how respectful and kind Jeff was 5 stars on perfect customer service!

Friendly and informative experience – my bf and I bought a Cali king, with cooling attributes, for a steal. Jeff was accommodating and offered options for delivery. We’re excited to use our new mattress.
Get you a new mattress from Mattress By Appointment Willits.

Jeff, the owner was especially helpful in purchasing a discounted mattress. In fact the deals were so good. The prices were so cost-effective that me and my uncle were able to buy two mattresses as well as frames. Jeff was able to transport our mattresses from Willits to Ukiah and he doesn’t hesitate to schedule an appointment. highly recommended five out of five stars.
