As an ophthalmologist myself, I was very impressed with the care I received at Marina Village Optometry. Dr. Young measured the perfect prescription for me and introduced me to a new model of contact lenses that are the most comfortable I’ve worn. Additionally, all the ladies at the reception were always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this practice!

Frames broke a short time after receiving the glasses. When I went it to have them repaired I was told that the only way the frame could have broken was if the frame was bent backwards (it wasn’t) so they would not pay for the repair. Beside being rather rude, the employee would not even consider that the frames might have been defective from the start.

Very professional place, yet maintains a small, friendly office atmosphere amenable to serving the needs of families. We used to live nearer to Alameda, but we trust Dr. Young and his staff so much that my family still goes to MV Optometry even though we now live on the Peninsula. Availability of Saturday appointments is family-friendly as well!
