Absolutely great place. Candace and Rich in the office are the kindest folks. Very peaceful. All amenities work great and it’s on the river. What more could you ask for! We love it

Bathrooms are real rough. No toilet paper, called to get it replaced & they did, but bathrooms never got cleaned and they were real nasty, both men’s and women’s. Nice to be near the river, central to all activities in the area, and some people were very kind.

We stopped here for a couple of days to take a break and do laundry and stuff.
The facilities were spotless, washer/ dryers were cleanand there was a nice area to hang out.
Bathrooms were also clean, and the showers were roomy and the water, hot.
Was a nice quiet place, grounds were well maintained and the people were super friendly..

We called ahead to see when they closed . It was 4 pm and we had to put cash through the mail slot. Wish we didn’t pay because we would have left.
They put us in a tight stop and the trailer next to us was plugged into our electrical. Long timer!! Also there was a dishwasher in the front of the trailer. The sewers were right next to us on both sides so we didn’t want to sit outside. Behind us were a bunch of branches. That night the same neighbors dogs bark til midnight because no one was there. Just didn’t feel comfortable. Lots of permanent and empty Rv’s. There were better spots available that we would have liked better. I took pictures. I will try and post. Great location and has potential.
Wish the experience was better.
