My fiancé and I went out to dinner and got the Lasagna. The lasagna was so bland, took forever to get our food only for it to taste close to stofers lasagna which would have been cheaper better and easier to just go buy and make at home… Would not return ever…

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had. From the moment we were seated, service was extremely slow. It took over 20 minutes to receive our drinks, and even longer before we were able to place our food order. Throughout the meal, we were never offered drink refills.
In addition to the delays, the service itself was unfriendly. The servers did not seem welcoming and appeared bothered whenever we asked for anything, which made the experience even more uncomfortable.
After ordering, we waited more than an hour for our food to arrive. The dishes were brought out at different times, making it difficult to enjoy the meal together—some of us had to eat while others waited, or let our food get cold.
Several items were also poorly prepared. The mushrooms I ordered were excessively salty and had to be sent back, and no replacement was offered. The calamari tasted freezer-burned and unseasoned, so we had to return that as well. To make matters more frustrating, tables seated after us received their meals, finished, and left well before we were served. In total, our lunch lasted nearly two hours.
When it came time to pay, we were charged for the items that had been sent back, and the issue was handled with visible annoyance when we pointed it out.
It’s especially disappointing because we’ve previously had a good experience at another location. Based on the many positive reviews, this seems unusual — but unfortunately, our visit did not reflect those standards.

A little busy even at around 4:30pm. I ordered Paella, Lasagna and tender chicken kid menu. Staff was friendly. Our to-go order took 25 minutes to make. Food was delicious.
