I’ve been getting sandwiches from here for almost 2 years now, but since a few months ago now their service has started to go down. First it was in my orders not being completely right, which wasn’t such a big deal. Today, however, I was left extremely disappointed by my experience. I made a phone order for some sandwiches, and I arrived within or I believe even just a bit later than when they said my order was going to be ready. When I gave the name for my order and how many sandwiches I ordered, a woman working there told me she was working on my sandwiches and to wait. After just a while, she gave me the food in a bag to take. When I got home, I saw I was given the completely wrong sandwiches, and called to say I was going to take them back and wished to have my sandwiches remade since 20-30 minutes had already passed and they were probably going to be soggy since I got the sandwiches hot. When I got there, the man who was helping me told me that I had taken the wrong order, and a woman said that both orders had similar names. I told them that I hadn’t taken the wrong order, but that I was given the wrong order. The woman began making excuses that didn’t even make sense about why it all went wrong, like that I had gotten there before the time they told me, and I was just given the sandwiches that had been sitting there for 20-30 minutes.

What was upsetting about all this was that the workers didn’t accept the fact that they messed up, and instead it seemed that they almost tried to blame me for what happened and tried to make excuses. The woman apologized, but still tried to make excuses that didn’t make sense. This was a very upsetting experience.

Nice to be able to phone our order ahead to avoid the line. I threw the sandwich maker a custom curve ball and they handled it very well. The sandwiches were amazing and big enough for two meals! Still as good as ever – check ’em out!
