The team at Landscape Therapist is incredibly professional, hard-working, and dedicated to quality. I had a big job for them – hardscape and landscape designing of the back AND front yards for my retired parents in Cupertino, while I watched from afar in San Diego. I needed a team that I could trust to do things despite me not being on site. Jessie the designer really put her heart into designing and planting the project, and Cyrus ensured that the hardscape quality was seamlessly and professionally completed. Jessie kept me up to date with photos, and Cyrus did some of the best paving and fencing work I’ve ever seen. There were so many little touches that they put in without us even asking. Jessie is one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I’ve ever met, and she designed specifically for our tastes. The team also dedicates their entire time to each project as they’re working on it and they complete a project before moving on, rather than juggling multiple projects at once, which gave me peace of mind that I wouldn’t be left hanging halfway through (no one enjoys that). Let me start by saying, what a great group!! Cyrus & Jesse listened to what we wanted and came with some really great ideas. They had a great feeling for what we wanted. Cyrus and his team did a good job of delivering what we wanted and working through decisions where they gave some great guidance. They let us know of custom options that they could do that saved us money and ended up being what was best for us. They worked hard and were considerate. The final result has been excellent.
