They can’t be bothered to answer their phone. Often times I just want a little ketchup or ranch but they never pick up. Foods ok. Some of the people are sketchy, like being there is somehow an inconvenience so service dips hard if you want anything at all.

Manuel at the window was very nice and accommodating to my special requests. I’m happy to have a Kiki’s nearby with such friendly staff and no wait at all.

Pickup/order window is located inside of Dulceria Socami in the back. I ordered (via doordash pickup) their 8 Boneless Wing combo with garlic fries and root beer. For the price you pay you get generous portions and had enough for two meals! I got two sauces with the boneless wings: sweet chili and Honey BBQ. Wish I got more of the sweet chili. It was great! The honey mustard for dipping was delicious too!
Prices in general are fair esp knowing how much food you get.
Employees are super nice and let you know if/when your order is ready
This is a takeout place only as it’s located in the back of a Mexican party store
Will order here again if I’m ever back in Sacramento

Food quality is very comparable to full-size locations, only been once and I had quick service and good ffood. The Kiki’s window is in the back of the store
