Pretty large establishment. Noisy but you can spread out so it’s not too bad. Very air conditioned, thank goodness. Excellent employees. We really loved our waitress. She was super sweet and attentive. I enjoyed my cheeseburger. It was huge so I took half of it and the fries home. Pumpkin bread pudding a la mode was pretty great! Tons of parking. Fairly priced.

Sometimes I don’t want to cook my own gluten free treats. However sometimes they are hard to find at a restaurant. I was so happy to find gluten free pancakes at Jack’s. They were fluffy and delicious. I highly recommend. I have a gluten sensitivity, not Celiac. I didn’t ask if they are cooked in a separate pan so if you have Celiac I am sure you know to ask about cross contamination. I can’t wait for another occasion to treat myself to these fluffy delicious pancakes.

Best thing about this place, all the food comes out fresh and piping hot.
Food is awesome, ambiance is good. Service is good and it’s not too expensive also. They give kids colouring menu and colors and kids food is also pretty big portions, had ordered Mac n Cheese with brocolli and chicken and the little one enjoyed it and so did I 😉
I had the fish and chips, asked for garlic fries Instead of regular and they obliged, ty! Fish was crispy and batter was good, served with colesaw and tartar sauce.
The chicken Alfredo Rigatoni pasta was also very creamy with chicken nicely grilled and charred.
We ordered the nachos and substituted chilli with chicken, it was okay, a little dry but again we did ask without chilli, I guess I was hoping for it to have bit of salsa.
Overall, pretty good food and ambience for date night, birthday or just hanging out with friends.

I came to Jacks with my wife family, the last night we were staying in Fremont. This place is near my wife aunt place and she wanted to come here before we leave to go home. We came close to closing time so the parking was easily to find and we got seated quickly.
The restaurant was not busy at all, with some guest inside. I got the New York steak 10oz at medium rare and asked just for fries as my sides. My wife got the grilled salmon for her dish and her mom and aunt got the California burger. It took some time for our food to come outm
My wife like her salmon and also her aunt with the burger since that’s what she always get. My New York steak color didn’t look appealing to me but they cooked it to medium rare like I requested. The steak was okay, I was more hungry than anything else. I finished it quick and was still hungry so I ordered some Hot Wings since it was happy hour price.
I like the Hot wings more than my steak and I asked for no blue cheese. The issue I had while dining here was it took three attempts and 3 different people at the restaurant to finally get a refill on my soda. Our waitress disappeared, the waiter who brought our food never came back and it wasn’t until the manager came to ask us how we were doing to finally give all of us a refill on our drinks.

After a very long search we got the Alfredo pasta and burger just the way we always expect in other restaurants. Full of taste and cooked just the way it should be. Warm and authentic I just finished the whole plate. With great ambience and variety of cocktail options this is a great stop.
