From start to finish, our experience with Jack Smith Glass was outstanding. They made the entire process of choosing and ordering our windows, shower doors, and bathtub enclosure easy and stress-free. Their team took the time to walk us through every step, answered every question we had, and communicated with us exceptionally well throughout the entire project.
The installation team was just as impressive. The gentlemen who installed our shower doors and bathtub enclosure were professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. They answered all of our questions while they were here and made us feel confident that we had made the right choices.
We truly appreciated the excellent customer service, clear communication, and quality workmanship from everyone at Jack Smith Glass. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for windows, shower doors, or tub enclosures. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Great experience with Jack Smith Glass. Front office is very friendly, if they can’t answer a question for you they will get it for you. Crew showed up twice, once to measure and once to install, both times they showed up when they said they were going to show up. They were professional and polite, thanks everyone!

We hired Jack Smith Glass & Sash to do a job which included fixing old wooden windows (our house was built in 1905), replacing some dual-paned windows, and installing a glass shower enclosure. They knew what they were doing, did a great job on everything were friendly, and took the time to fully fix our wooden windows carefully. It was especially nice since we had difficulty finding anyone who was knowledgeable and willing to work on old wooden windows, and they clearly knew the details of how they function and what to do to repair them. Ours are original and have ropes and pulleys with weights inside the walls. They took apart the windows, replaced the broken ropes, reattached the pulleys, repaired the wood of the windows, replaced a glass pane, etc. The outfit is small and they provide personalized service. The crew who came to check out the job and provide a bid initially were the same guys who actually came and did the work. We would gladly hire them again if we need more work like this done.

I had a terrific experience with Jack Smith Glass. This was a small job replacing a non-standard shower door. I had already been turned down by another company as they offered to replace the whole shower but wouldn’t replace just the door. Tommy from Jack Smith was very professional from start to finish. He was able to use my original hinges and replaced the door at a reasonable price. The new door actually looks and operates better than the original in that it has a tighter fit and there is no need for a plastic seal strip. I couldn’t be happier.

I called around to a few window companies for quotes, and once the team from Jack Smith Glass came out, I knew they were the ones I wanted to work with. Their pricing was fair, and the level of service stood out right away.
Mark and Russell installed several windows at our home, and their attention to detail was truly appreciated. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole process easy.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jack Smith Glass to anyone looking for window replacement. Excellent experience from start to finish!
