Just spent $40 for them to not actually blend the shake and for them to make my burger completely wrong ( I didn’t go get it or i wouldn’t be writing this) i normally look at all my food before i leave but the person who got it didn’t do so but this isn’t the first time this has happened..
I worked in fast food it’s not hard to read a recipe and copy it ..

We haven’t received our food yet as we had a rather big order for being after hours. But, I wanted to send a big shout out to the lady who had taken our order in the drive-thru. She was amazing very polite, great manners, and most of all she had wonderful customer service. Something lots of people are lacking in these days. It’s a Jack in the Box so the quality is what it is, but in comparison to every other fast food spot on this side of the Lake? Yeah this place is your best bet for decent food at a decent price damn near 24/7.

Not only is the team members rude the force you to order on the kiosk and then they have signs with how long you can sit inside. Very rude and no customer service skills. Will never visit this location again nor would I recommend it.
