Well, let’s just say that as a Restaurant general manager myself I know it’s fully possible to turn a one star situation into a five star situation and that is what this Restaurant did for me tonight. I placed my order about 30 minutes before they closed and I came in about five minutes after they closed. The manager Was on the register and he just looked completely confused and said they had no active orders and the cashier said well. I already put them as closed orders and she pointed him to my order. And he said out loud “well, then why isn’t it made?” At that point is when I realize that they had Completely not made my food. I will be honest from the look on his face and the way he was speaking and being in this industry I just knew he was probably about to tell me that you know the kitchen was closed now and I’m so sorry but they were gonna give me a gift card or something And to come back next time… However, I did not let him even speak and began to tell him that my husband who has leukemia is also celebrating his birthday today and this is all he wanted to make himself feel better, And leaving without the food was just a nonnegotiable. He immediately agreed and jumped into action and not only did the kitchen. Staff start preparing the meal, but the manager himself began to go back and start cooking burgers to help speed along the process! All in all it took about 12 minutes and my food came out piping hot and absolutely correct. He was very apologetic and very kind, Very hospitable. Everything I look for when hiring managers. The only thing I would deduct 10 points for which is quite minor, I still would have offered a small gift card as a gesture or token of my appreciation for how understanding I was and how long I had to wait for my food that I had called in an hour before, But that’s neither here or there. Maybe he’ll think to do that next time if this ever happens again. Normally, I would give this like a 3.5 or four stars because they did forget my food and I did have to wait a long time to get it, But he was so gracious, and the staff was so wonderful that they really did turn it into a five star situation!

First time here and it was a great experience. Burgers did not disappoint, had the Cadillac Wagyu.
The sweet potato fries was good, sweet and salty. Also tried the tres leches shake, boy was that filling.
