OUTSTANDING Experience at Honda of Oakland buying our 2026 Honda Odyssey on Friday, Aug 28th. Thank You Mike Soto (Brand Specialist) and the Entire Team making this purchase seamless and positive!
Residing in the Central Valley (Visalia), we located “our” Odyssey in Oakland. Mike Soto not only responded to my online inquiry, he sent a personal video of the Odyssey, highlighting the special features.
It was clear that Honda of Oakland was going to “work with us” making this happen, so we scheduled an appt, applied for financing through their online portal, as we were ready to purchase with Mike’s assistance. We had researched (shopped) online, so we were well informed of inventory and prices, and we were excited to get to Honda of Oakland.
Upon walking into the dealership, we were welcomed by Mike Soto, where he had the Odyssey ready to go, for our purchase. All the vehicle purchase price discussions via emails were 100% valid, there was no pressure to purchase anything else, yet professionally offered and explained, and we were signing papers quickly, with Great Honda Financing and low interest rate!
Throughout the morning, Mike made us feel welcome and special, offering us drinks and snacks, including a Red Velvet (Nothing Bundt Cakes). Needless-to-say, our Odyssey was named, Red Velvet!
Our 1st trip in the Odyssey was driving home, 215 miles. We are Happy Honda of Oakland customers, every mile in our New Odyssey was awesome!
We highly recommend Honda of Oakland, and their entire team. We will be back, Banging the Gong, to celebrate our next Honda Purchase.
