I am not one to leave reviews but, let my story be a cautionary tale about working with Hayward Motor Group. In November 2025 I bought a vehicle from Armani. What wasn’t disclosed to me was that the vehicle I purchased had a major head gasket issue. They also pressured me to purchase an extended warranty that operates in an extremely unethical manner. When I went to use the warranty for repairs. They covered the bare minimum and only wanted to use aftermarket parts that they wouldn’t disclose the origin of. They also refused to give me anything in writing to acknowledge that they would be covering the repairs. I am still waiting to be reimbursed the $150 substitute transportation costs that is clearly outlined in the contract. They did pay *some* of the repair costs, but I still ended up with over 3k out of pocket when they should’ve covered the entire repair. That was not the only issue that I have paid to repair with this vehicle. I’ve had to replace the coolant thermostat, the axels, and the oil filter housing. So, thousands of dollars in repairs later and lots of headaches, 5 months later, I finally have a vehicle I can drive. I’m not sure if Hayward Motor Group lacks the infrastructure to inspect vehicles properly or if they are simply another shady dealership scamming people, either way I would never wish my worst enemies to work with this car dealership. I did reach out to them several times to try and remedy the situation. They offered no real solutions and it was incredibly difficult to connect with them. They continued to point the finger sr mechanics to offset their responsibility. Finally, the owner Jimmy offered one of his mechanics to inspect the vehicle for me. However, driving the vehicle from the North Bay to Hayward with a head gasket issue did not seem like a safe or viable option. Especially since they either ignored it or didn’t catch it the first time around- I didn’t feel confident that I would receive any remedy and my trust had worn thin. They never followed up with me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this car dealership at all costs. Your peace of mind and pocketbook will thank you. I hope by writing this review it saves at least one person from the turmoil that this dealership has put me through.
They gave me a great deal on my 2016 BMW X5 50i, it was one owner in immaculate condition. Looking at the other cars on their yard they all appear to be good looking vehicles. I dealt with Armani he was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. The car buying experience was wonderful, I will be returning here for my next purchase and I will recommend them to my friends and family.
I purchased my first vehicle them last year and recently went to buy me a second vehicle. Jimmy has been amazing my parents have known him since I was about 7yrs and 20 years later he still the same. Professional, attentive and respectful person. I would recommend anyone to go here. Have not had any problems with my first car. Im glad i can continue working with him. His assistant amir was super awesome helping my husband take cars on drive tests! Amazing place. Thank you Hayward motor group !
I recently purchased a 2016 Porsche from Hayward Motor Group, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Jimmy, who sold me the car, was exceptional—knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to every detail. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable, ensuring I felt confident in my decision. The car was in perfect condition, exactly as described. I highly recommend Jimmy and Hayward Motor Group for anyone looking for a seamless and satisfying car-buying experience!
Purchased 2016 Porsche Cayenne S 79000 miles. This vehicle is awful and was entirely misrepresented. The guys seem nice enough but they lie. I was assured multiple times that the oil had been changed on a vehicle I bought. Less than 30 miles after buying it the oil change notice came on and when we changed it the oil was completely black. They tried to say they spent all this money tinting the windows, but the window sticker in the glove box says “tinted windows”. They can’t answer any specifics. One guy assures you that they have a thorough 100+ point inspection but then when asked what it entails they can’t come up with anything. They said everything was checked and fine, but the day after purchasing the amplifier went out. I would avoid buying a vehicle here at all costs. I can’t stress enough how bad this vehicle is and how much it was misrepresented. They are shady and dishonest.
