I had a wonderful experience working with Paul from service. We had some miscommunication at first, but later on he proved himself to be a fair and impartial service specialist. I had some issue with my CPO warranty, and the sweet Service Manager, Basma, helped resolve it. In the end, I received a new battery free of charge, under, to say the truth, shaky warranty, and only had to pay for the key reprogramming.
This is the most understanding and fair dealership I have ever been to. If you need to service your car, I highly recommend this place — they will not cheat you!
