Stopped at Grandma’s for breakfast. Food was outstanding. Had the Chilaquilles, very few places can keep the chips from getting soggy, theirs was cooked to perfection. Hash browns were crispy. The servers were all very nice covering for each other. One thing dont be in a hurry, everything is made fresh so the kitchen is slow.
Great little place for a quick basic meal. The service was excellent. The sweet potato fries were extra good. I had a special that was a Philly steak sandwich and it was also good.
Restaurant was empty.
Walls are offensively yellow. Not a pretty yellow. Offensive.
Food portions were small.
Each drink cost $4.50 with no refill.
Chicken Alfredo was simply not good.
Price was beyond ridiculous.
Luckily I will never be back in Bishop again. That being said, I wouldn’t go back even if I were.
Definitely a nice little place off the beaten path. This is a local spot for sure. You have to know about it or be told about it to come off the main road and check this place out. Run by Mexican family these guys know how to make and prepare food. It can get busy in here so be ready for that. Delicious dishes breakfasts coffee you name it everything’s good. Sweet little place nice atmosphere nice people just expect it to be a little bit busy on the weekends definitely all the locals come here. But if you’re coming through town and you want to try something different than the big commercial bakery sneak over here and check the spot out You won’t regret it they definitely have some good stuff.

Food was good.
Be ready to wait for your food.
We waited over about 45 minutes for 2 people.
My French dip was tiny but mighty
The wife loved her country fried steak.
