Sorry, I and my handyman had a very bad experience with the lady at the office! Wait long time for her to check me in and out. She might be busy. My handyman told me that she was rude to him. I thought that it might be some misunderstanding.
I and my handyman ran a few rounds of 2400 lbs of rocks. I grabbed a few big rocks to put on my tarp so that it won’t fly at driving. She told me that I was getting bigger rocks of more expensive price, accusing me of cheating on the difference of less than 5 lb out of 2400 lbs of load. I took those big rocks out.
I asked her for the total of my few runs, she gave me a weird look and said she didn’t know. She had to calculate it. Took her 5 mins later to do the maths for our 5 runs.
They need a better staff and procedure to help customers getting in and out. The lady also accused me of “playing game” on the load of the truck while I parked my truck and walked to the office to get help. (The car would minus my weight). How could I wait in the truck while not knowing anyone could serve me? She could just ask me politely to get into the car instead of accusing customer of playing game! Customer does not come to be insulted!
By the way, I also have to endorse the truck load driver who was very good & skillful. My Tacoma has a small cargo area. He did it the right loading on the cargo area from the tractor!
The staff there few months ago was pretty helpful and quick. With this new lady, I would try Northern Aggregates though it is in Willits.

Just had cement delivered and watched JAVIER back that truck up in between so many trees it was ‘nailbiting’. Truly a remarkable feat!
That man could be a stunt driver lol!. Thank you so much for an amazing job! Will highly recommend
