Update:
I’m updating my previous review regarding the phone experience I had with Elite Motors. Initially the interaction over the phone was unpleasant. Nevertheless, I decided to go in person because the previous google reviews had high ratings, and the price of the vehicle along with the clean history was worth making the trek from Napa.
I can say the in person experience was completely different. Emad was professional, apologetic, accommodating, and informative. Moreover, the his prices on the prius beat all online dealers on a 100 mile radius. Emad even beat most private sellers on facebook marketplace, offerup and craigslist (i had been looking for weeks). Overall my experience buying my used vehicle at Elite was great! Thank you.

Emad is great, he offers a fair price and is not pushy at all. I would recommend working with him.
However, I have to amend my original review since after buying the car there have been some minor issues. The tires needed realignment and balancing, which cost me $280 even though the mechanic nearby (who I later found out were his friends) said it would be $86. One of the key fobs also had a dead battery, and the oil was not changed before buying—my mechanic showed me how dirty it was and told me it would need changing within the next 1000 miles. One of the brake lights was also out, which Emad fixed for me before purchase. The lack of attention to these details before putting the car for sale made me want to revise my review. If you go, please make sure you do your homework and take the car to your own mechanic before purchase.

Solid experience. I was able to really take my time to check this Toyota Matrix out: went on a test drive, asked questions, even called my mechanic to do a full inspection and test drive the car, too.
Emad had a very honest and non-pushy approach, if I have questions he’d answer but other than that he gives you your space. I feel like I was really able to decide on my own if this car was for me or not.
Ultimately, I decided to get it and I’m happy I did. Thank you Emad! And also I appreciate the car rinse off at end.
Which to that point y’all, keep in my mind there’s been a lot of road work on Mission these days (time of writing March 2026) so naturally there’s gonna be dust on the cars. The inside of the Matrix I got though, amazing condition!

So if your looking for an honest used car dealer I’m sure I found the most upstanding dealer of all at Elite Motors.We recently purchased a car from Emad and had a customer service experience of the highest integrity. When you purchase a used vehicle you are in a vulnerable position and assume the car is in good running condition. We left the lot and had some problems the same day. Emad not only took the car back but offered a refund or to fix. We loved the car and wanted it to work out if it could be fixed. Emad diagnosed, found warranty information, took car to dealer and we drove away with our daughter’s 2014 KIA with a brand new factory installed engine all thanks to Emad’s superior service. The whole time Emad kept us updated and he was willing to work with us until resolved!! Thanks Emad we will always recommend you!!
