Great service when we really needed it!
We broke down in Westport, CA on a Friday afternoon and had to get the car towed into Fort Bragg. Eric at E&B Auto ordered the parts right away and made our repair a priority so we could get back on the road. We ended up staying an extra night at a hotel, but he rushed the job and had our brakes replaced and the car ready by Monday morning.
Really appreciated Eric going the extra mile to help us out when we were in a tough spot. It’s hard to find reliable mechanics, especially when you’re stranded away from home. Would definitely recommend!

Eric and Mike at E&B are my go-to guys for car maintenance and repair in Ft. Bragg. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and fair. Scheduling regular maintenance is super easy, though sometimes I need to wait a few weeks, and they have always been able to find the time for urgent issues. There have been a few times when I bring a car in for an issue that they either can’t fix or can’t diagnose. In those cases, they haven’t charged me for the diagnosis and have been able to refer me to someone else in town to get the help I need. As a DIY-er, I also appreciated their patience with my questions and advice when I want to try to work on something myself. It’s nice knowing they’re always there if I screw it up!

Absolutely amazing. I was driving through and experienced some loud squealing from my brakes as I began to drive north into the red woods. I turned around and began to call every mechanic in fort Bragg, only to be told I could not be seen until next week. It was less than ideal for a single girl on a roadtrip with a deadline. However when I called e&b they told me I could come in before close, and they would take a look at my car. They were able to repair my rear barn doors on my Chevy suburban, and also inspected my brakes to make sure they were good. They advised me on how to drive more safely through the forest, and were able to get me back on the road in no time. They also selflessly made a recommendation to another shop for a second opinion. It was incredibly refreshing to go to a mechanic that did not see me as an easy target to take advantage of. They were knowledgeable, informative, respectful, and time efficient. I seriously cannot thank them enough. If you are looking for a mechanic in Fort Bragg, these are your guys.
