Dr Magalong is nice. I like him as my doctor but his staff is worse. I dont want to deal with them. They need more training hiw to deal with patients. I did not even get a text or voice mail for my appointment. I have to call to verified my appointment today and instead to pacify me because she is asking me to do all paper works where i am done with them. She adked me if i want to cancel. You will lose clients because of her. Sorry to say

This office used to be wonderful and efficient.
In the past month not so! Doctors are not available for important things like kidney infection often calls are not returned for days. Today I had a Zoom appointment set up
( months ago) to go over lab results and look at cholesterol. I also had to talk to him about my UTI ,kidney infection. The office assured me we could cover this today.
The appointment was CANCELED! I could see him April 10th. I was very upset and insisted I talk today. An hour later I finally did speak with Dr. Magalong ( I’ve been trying for weeks!) He did order medicine for my cholesterol. He offered no explanation why the neglect in care in his office.
