Alex & Co. are SO much more than just used car dealers. Once, I needed help installing a front license plate holder on my wife’s car (We moved from a rear plate only state.) Alex’s crew took care of it for me. The price? The car now happily sports Diamond Auto Sales plate holders.
Recently, I backed my mom’s Fusion ino a parked car. No damage to the vehicle I hit, but the Fusion’s bumper was a mess. Dropped it off at Diamond, and a few days later it was back like the accident never happened. At a rate that was so affordable, there was no need to even talk to an insurance co.
When I picked it up, realized they had missed a very slight spot on the trunk. Alex said “Bring it back, we’ll take care of it.” Came back ready to drop it off for a day of two. Alex said “Give me 20 minutes.” 20 minutes and zero dollars later, back on the road, good as new.
Diamond Auto is the real deal. And Alex’s reputation in the community is unblemished. This is why shopping local is the way to go.

Alex the owner greeted me upon first visit, was very courteous and professional. No need to haggle pricing, let me test drive the car for an extended time since it was a Sunday and could not get a PPI done, went to a friend that was mechanically inclined. Alex only buys good samples on his lot, my Infiniti Fx50 is already hard to find in the US, but pricing was more than fair, especially considering the clean sample this car was (maintained at the Infiniti dealer all it’s life). I simply adore the car, feels like a 350z on matchbox wheels. Closest thing to a street legal dakkar rally truck! Here are a few photos. Best used car dealer I had to deal with, very positive experience, they even washed the car a second time even though it was already clean, while doing the paperwork. Highly recommended!
Best Time Ever
I purchased an Audi Q7 from Diamond Auto Sales a few weeks ago. My experience was great! Not being in California to see the vehicle physically was somewhat of a risk, but all communication with Alex was clear & precise, and any questions I had were answered promptly. This gave me enough confidence to purchase the vehicle and take a flight from Texas over to Oakland CA so I could pick it up and drive it back. As with any purchases of a used vehicle, you may be thinking that you will be surprised with some “unknown” fault that is going to cost you a pretty penny. Well, the reason it’s taken me a few weeks to write this review is because I’ve not had any issues with the vehicle. It is precisely what I was expecting and was told it would be. Thank you Alex! Now, confident with my vehicle, I’ve added some big tires, a 2″ lift kit, and some rally lights among other things.
