My new favorite lunch spot in Redding! Amazing wraps, bowls, salads, smoothies, juices and deserts. Owner is really nice and he makes everything from scratch. All the ingredients are super fresh and gluten free. Thai, Indian, Asian, Mexican, and BBQ inspired dishes. Can’t recommend this place enough and I’ll definitely be going back a lot!

Driving through Redding, found this gem. Having Celiacs is hard to find a safe place. This place is beyond organic and gluten free kitchen. Everything we had was amazing!!! The owner has a wonderful vision of health and foods that nourish the body.

First stop in here. Wish there were a bit more places like this for healthy options in Redding. Thankful I decided to try. The wraps are popular, I got the fiesta wrap. Super yummy and thoughtfully put together, so fresh and healthy. I loved it. I will be back with my youngest to try again. Thank you for a great lunch!

We stopped for lunch on our way south from Oregon. The menu description tempted us, and our lunch was even more delicious than we had hoped. I ordered the shroom wrap with added tempeh, and when our order arrived, my companion’s salad order was so beautiful I was envious. But I needn’t have been; my wrap was so stuffed with greens that it was like having a wrap AND a salad.
Flavors were delightful! Not over or under spiced, delicious sauces. The best was the vegan cashew cheese, more like a super thick dressing or a soft spread, rather than a sliceable cheese.
I have stopped in Redding for lunch before, and this is the best place I have tried in Redding.

The absolute best restaurant in Northern California to get healthy organic vegan food. Very friendly staff, clean place, and easy parking. Highly recommend the fiesta wrap (ask for vegan cheese if vegan), raw enchilada, rawsome ravioli and any fresh juice on the menu. Everything I’ve ever tried on the menu has been delicious. Definitely worth stopping by.
