they evicted a tenant from their apartment because her apartment caught on fire due to the electrical shorting out and they give you a lease violation for being poor and being behind on rent. disgusting

Terrible . Lived in a rat and mold infested Apt 370 El Rio CT E . Inspector has same property manager- they do not care.would not return the 3800 overpayment their mistake even though rules state in bi laws they must. No worries they are fixing things in Washington DC.

I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews. I have been dealing with CDC for quite some time now and am very happy with them. I really think they do the best with what they have. All of the employees that I have worked with have been very helpful to me and kind as well.
It is scary how many people are homeless or becoming homeless now.
This place can help if you need or direct you in the right direction.
You just need to have patience and make sure all the paperwork is turned in on time or call and ask for an extension. They will help you if you ask them.
Hope this helps someone.
Good luck

Had recent dealings with this agency and they presented as friendly and helpfull. Surprised by negative reviews. As a retired San Francisco Civil Servant I have no dog in this fight but we all have had bad days.

I just went in there to get some info for a family member and the dark haired, middle aged women was so incredibly rude. It seemed like she hated her job and felt bitter towards everyone who walked in. I hope they can find someone in the future who loves people and is there because they care.
