We recently went out on the boat with Colleen for my birthday and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Colleen was so flexible and supportive and gave us a full variety of options for things to do on Clear Lake, as well as gave us some valuable history about the area. She was very communicative leading up to the trip and created a safe space for our girl group to have the best afternoon ever. She was so welcoming and her hospitality was unmatched! I am so excited to return to Clear Lake one day to go out on the water with her again.

Cancelled twice on our family.

Unresponsive via email, call, and text.
(Never physically returned a phone call).
Disappointed our family twice unfortunately.
For clarity, our family booked 48-hours in advance. Her website calendar confirmed booking and time. The time booked, she claimed is after her working hours, and she promised to make things right, offering to take our kids any other time with her personally offered slots. Long story short, she ended up cancelling again. Two times in a row cancelled.
2/5 stars only because she finally refunded our deposit rather quickly, or a 1 star would be well deserved.

We had a wonderful time at Clear Lake all because of Colleen! She took our family for a boat ride and tubing. We all had a blast! She’s fun, professional and attentive! We can’t wait to go back and will definitely be using Colleen’s boat service again!
