Geo and Danny were great they helped me very much I was a first time buyer and had seen a lot of previous reviews on this place t Which is what made me go there They went out out of their way to make sure that I locked in a car for myself and I really appreciate it. Highly recommend going they were respectful, Helpful and definitely stood on business. Thank you city motor!!

I can’t believe how City Motors and New Age Financial Inc. could lie under oath in small claims court, They don’t have any respect for the law and don’t want to take responsibility for the harm they cause the people who put there trust in them. They are crooked, liar and are not your time or money,cars are a junk they breakdown immediately Dont let Jovanny Laras, and Emilio’s “I GOT YOU” full you, They will get you but in the very worst way possible. I am thankful the judge took the case under submission so he can review the lies submitted by city motors and New Age Financial and review my exhibits (proof) I submitted, I sure he will see the truth and hold them responsible for there wrong doing. Don’t let this happen to you.

I bought a car from them on March 1st.
March 31st I called them twice to find out when will I receive my title and license plates from the DMV?
April 3rd they called me back. Explained that the person handling the DMV is or had been out. I would get a call once I could drive over and pick up the plates (130 miles round trip for me), or if I would pay them $12 for postage, they would mail me the title and plates.
Today May 4th, I left 2 more voice mails. I called a 3rd time and they immediately bounced me to the business owner’s voice mail.
I have never seen a dealership unwilling or delaying the DMV paperwork as much as these guys do.
Luckily there have been no issues with the vehicle. But I had planned to take a loan out on the car, and that has been delayed now.
EDIT: I had originally posted a positive review, that was within the first 10 days. And they thanked me for the positive review.
Unfortunately, now with the title issue, I had to change my review.

If I could give this dealership zero stars, I absolutely would.
From the moment I walked in, the experience was disappointing. The staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and clearly more interested in pushing a sale than actually helping a customer. Communication was poor, promises were made and not kept, and basic questions were either ignored or answered with vague, misleading information.
The vehicle I was shown did not match the condition described online, and when I pointed it out, it was brushed off like it didn’t matter. Transparency is clearly not a priority here. Pricing tactics also felt questionable, with unexpected add-ons and fees suddenly appearing at the last minute.
What should have been a straightforward purchase turned into a frustrating, time-wasting experience. I left feeling misled and undervalued as a customer.
Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Came here after going to 2 other lots and getting denied. I am happy to say I was able to pull off with a nice reliable car that I am happy with. I even had a small mechanical issue and went back the next day explaining the issue and they were quick to help. Great customers service honest people if you have questionable credit come here they will help you any way they can
