Cute place. Had my first Armenian coffee here and I’m a fan. Bold and flavorful without any bitterness. Also enjoyed the parfait absolutely wonderful. Parking was convenient especially rare in this area.

Very relaxing vibes! We order Pistachio and Nutella waffles they were delicious!! Waffles were soft and very fluffy, I do recommend them.

In the heart of Burbank, I found a charming café with beautiful French music playing in the background. I was pleasantly surprised — such a warm and cozy place. I enjoyed a delicious aromatic latte and avocado toast while taking in the lovely atmosphere, music, and view.

Stopped by for lunch and it was absolutely worth it! The dishes were fresh and full of flavor, and you can tell everything is made with care. Service was friendly and fast, which made the experience even better. Perfect place for a nice lunch with friends or a quick business meeting.
